Air entraining admixture for factory-mixed fresh mortar

PANTARHOL® 500 LP is an air entraining agent for the production of mortar and was especially developed for applications where an individual dosage level of retarder, stabiliser and air entrainer needs to be formulated.PANTARHOL® 500 LP allows a controlled addition of stable air pores into the mortar which provides a smooth consistency of the construction material.
PANTARHOL® 500 LP and the corresponding retrarding agent PANTARHOL® 500 VZ are adjusted to each other and should therefore be applied in combination.
WORKING PRINCIPLE
PANTARHOL® 500 LP entrains air voids which allows the generation of soft mortar with advanced workability properties.Furthermore, PANTARHOL® 500 LP reduces the bleeding and segregation risk of mortar.
